Today was a great day.  I'm sorry to keep praising Jenny Craig but they just helped me so much and continue to amaze me!  I have been stressed to the max lately.  We have been building a house for seven months and of course we were finally able to move in THE DAY BEFORE SCHOOL STARTED!  The beginning of the school year is always taxing and then throw in moving two years of your life that has been in storage and it is just chaos.  For the past two weeks I come home from work around 5:30 and we work on the house until at least 10.  I'm literally exhausted!  Due to the move, I stopped in at a Jenny Craig Centre that is closer to my new house.  I haven't even broken the news to my consultant, Molly.  Frown  Temporarily all my stress vanished when I walked into the centre!  You should have seen all the fuss they made (and this is before they even knew I had done a commercial for JC!).  They treated me like gold.  I know it sounds silly, but they make you feel important and valued.  I can tell they truly care about their clients' success and mine.  What an incredible way to seek positive encouragement when you are fighting the weight loss battle.  I just thought I'd share because, again, I was reminded of how important it is to surround yourself with people that care and it surprises me everytime how much I love JC.

Jenny Craig Potato Soup (210 cal, 7g fat)


2 tbsp. fat-free ranch

6 oz. fat-free yogurt

sugar-free jello

Snack -


Dinner -

Jenny Craig Chicken Carbonara (270 cal, 8g fat)

Salad (mixed greens, red pepper, croutons)

2 tbsp. light caesar

Snack -

100 calorie pack
