What are "free foods?"  Jenny Craig taught me what foods I was able to enjoy as much as I wanted of:

  • ketchup
  • mustard
  • many veggies (peppers, salad, carrots, pea pods, zucchini, eggplant, mushrooms)
  • salsa
  • hot sauce
  • vinegar
  • spices
  • fat-free dressings
  • diet drinks
  • sugar-free jello


Occasional, or what JC calls, limited free foods:

  • fat-free sour cream
  • fat-free cool whip
  • fat-free cottage cheese
  • fat-free cheeses

Weight- 117.2 lbs.

Exercise - None


Breakfast -

Jenny Craig Omelet and Potatoes


1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch -

Michelina's Macaroni and Cheese


2 tbsp. fat-free ranch

6 oz. fat-free yogurt

sugar-free jello

Snack -

1 cup grapes

Dinner -

2 oz. lean pork chops

2 oz. whole wheat rice

Spray Butter

Salad (romaine, croutons)

2 tbsp. light ranch

Snack -

100 calorie pack
