So I'm thinking that tomorrow I will be changing up my diet a little bit.  Clearly I'm stuck on this weight so I will have to try some different foods than I usually eat.  Jenny Craig used to advise me when I plateaued or started to gain that something may be too routine in my diet.  Well, shoot, my whole diet has become routine!  I switch around the same foods each week - I am not sure how yet but things need to change.  I like being able to enjoy my weight and not worry so much about gaining.  When I am about 116 I feel more comfortable to indulge in a glass of wine or take a day off from working out.  Right now (ha!  especially doing a weight LOSS blog!) it's stressful that I can't get back to my comfort zone.  I will try to stop obsessing and just work on eating healthy and varying my diet and exercise.  We will see if it improves this week.  Today we had friends over for dinner and the smell of the apple pie I made was killing me!  Why do I do this to myself?!  Eating even a bite just isn't in the cards for me.  I'm so susceptible to sugar - I will be sure to instantly gain another pound.  It sure isn't fair, all the people that are just naturally are skinny and can eat whatever they want, is it?!

Breakfast - 

Jenny Craig Blueberry Pancakes

1/4 cup sugar-free syrup


1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch - 

2 tbsp. hummus

2 slices Heart Healthy Bread with tomato and cucumber


2 tbsp. fat-free ranch

6 oz. fat-free yogurt

sugar-free jello

Snack - 


Dinner - 

2 oz. grilled chicken marinated in sodium free Zesty Lemon Garlic

1/3 cup Idaho Potatoes

Salad (mixed greens, mushrooms, tomatoes)

2 tbsp. light ranch

Snack -

100 calorie pack
