Haha you may find this funny like I did!  Last night I got home from work late.  I was driving home and decided to call JB, my hubby, and see how his day was.  All I could hear was crunch, crunch, crunch.  I thought maybe he was having a late dinner but he told me he had decided to get some exercise with the dogs.  They were walking down our gravel driveway (which is about a mile; hence the crunching of the gravel) and enjoying the sun setting.  I was so jealous that I wasn't home with the dogs and JB taking in the breathtaking scenery and getting a little exercise myself.  A few minutes later I hear, "Slurp, slurp."  So again, I ask what the noise is.  JB proceeds to tell me that even though he's exercising...he's DRINKING A BEER.  LOL, I highly recommend that if you're going to get exercise you do not cancel it out by drinking a beer!  That makes perfect sense to me but I thought hmmm...there may be some of you that do the exact same thing!  Laughing

I notice most of your meals were processed, do you eating homemade meals and if so on what days?
