Today is our housewarming party! I consider this a special occasion and in all reality I know I'll be letting loose. To plan ahead I have decided to do an hour of hiking at an incline, omitting my added fat for the day and evening snack. I am just going to have a huge salad with fat-free dressing because I know I will most likely have a few bites from the appetizer table. I am going to choose a smaller plate and put only a teaspoon of each dish. This should help eliminate any grazing I may be inclined to do. We will see - I'm just human; all of that food will be tempting. The only thing I am sure of is I'd rather waste the calories on wine than food.
Oh! P.S. I think we need to rev up my friend that is trying the diet. She fell of the wagon Thursday night (it's her second week into changing her diet). Falling off the wagon is totally normal but we need to revitalize her and get her back on! I told you I'm going to be rooting for her here on our blog. She opted for a cheeseburger but no alcohol (which is great!). But, we've got to get it ingrained in her head that this is a lifestyle change and choosing a veggie burger, chicken, or salad would have been better choices...OR if she really wanted the burger, only eat half. Read Skinny Bitch. You may never want to eat cow again after that! Good luck, girl, you can do it!!!

2 tbsp. hummus
1/2 onion pita

6 oz. fat-free yogurt

Apple
Dinner -
HUGE romaine salad (cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers)
FAT-FREE Italian
