Today I am sad to say my dog died.  We put her down this morning and it was one of the worst experiences of my life.  Going through any kind of major sadness like that throws off every kind of routine you usually have in your day.  I didn't get nearly enough water so I have ended the day with a huge headache (I'm sure not drinking enough and crying so much left me dehydrated).  Life is full of unexpected sadness.  It made me wake up and realize life is too short to always be worrying about weight and exercise.  I know that my worries will never cease but at least losing Lucky was a reality check that there's more to life than a number on a scale.  I'm going to work on being healthy but enjoying life more fully.

Weight - 119.2 lbs.

Exercise - None







Breakfast - 

1/2 cup Fiber One Original Cereal

1/4 cup organic raisins

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Snack - 

Jenny Craig Peanut Butter Vitamin Bar

Lunch - 

Salad (mixed greens, mushrooms, croutons)

fat-free Italian dressing

2 oz. salmon

Snack - 


Dinner - 

3 slices of french bread with tropical salsa and shrimp

Steamable Brussel Sprouts

1 tbsp. margarine

Snack - 

100 calorie pack
