I thought I'd share a few interesting facts about one of my favorite places: Starbucks.  (These facts are taken from the Jenny Craig Dining Out Success Guide)

1.  sugar free flavored syrup is an unlimited (meaning we can have that anytime of the day

2.  Nonfat milk latte (tall) w/ any flavor sugar free syrup - 100 cal, 0 g fat

3.  Nonfat milk hot chocolate w/ whipped cream (tall) - 250 cal, 8g fat

4.  Nonfat milk white chocolate mocha without whipped cream (Grande) - 350 cal, 6g fat

5.  Nonfat milk cappuccino (tall) - 60 cal, 0g fat 

6.  no sugar added carrot mini loaf - 290 cal, 19g fat

7.  Bran mini muffin - 150 cal, 5g fat

8.  Reduced fat blueberry coffee cake - 310 cal, 10g fat

 Weight - 119.2 lbs.

Exercise - None


Breakfast - 

2 Kashi Waffles

1/4 cup sugar free syrup


Lunch - 

fat-free yogurt

Steamable Broccoli w/ 3 squirts spray butter and light seasoning of ranch

2 oz. Healthy Ones Turkey

2 slices whole wheat bread with lettuce, mustard, tomato

sugar-free jello

Snack - 


Dinner - 

Small baked potato

1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese topped with broccoli

Salad (mixed greens, tomatoes)

2 tbsp. light ranch

Snack - 

1 packet sugar-free hot chocolate

100 calorie pack
