10/18/13 Katie's Healthy Eating Journal: Sunday

Do you absolutely love Panera like I do?  It used to be one of my favorite places to eat out...that and Chipotle.  The broccoli and cheddar soup is to die for - especially when you get it in a bread bowl.  I'm also a huge fan of their panini's.  They're delicious!  At Chipotle the burrito's that are "as big as your head," are filling and flavorful.  But, you probably can guess what I'm going to say...DANGER, DANGER, DANGER!  Get out.  Avoid at all cost.  First, the smells in either place are tempting enough for me to scratch my healthy mentality and order something I'm craving that is not good for me.  Secondly, neither place offers hardly any healthy options.  There's either way too much fat, calories, sugar, and/or sodium.  Be careful and if you do decide to eat at either of these places expect your weight to go up for a few days.  Even if you try to make a good decision you could be holding a lot of water due to all the sodium.
