If you're really and truly always watching your weight and healthy don't you feel like this is a full time job?  Sometimes I feel exhausted and down on myself when I'm working so hard and not seeing any results.  Weight is an endless battle and I really don't ever see an end in sight.  This is not because I just want to remain "thin"; but also because I want a healthy body on the inside.  I wouldn't feel like it was such a trying task except lol, it gets to feeling like the whole world is against me!  Friends and family:  judge me because I have gotten thin and say comments like, "Oh, it's only one night.  You can splurge."  Restaurants:  the portions are always HUGE which means my self control has to come into play to make sure I don't eat the whole thing.  Not to mention, all the fried, sugary, creamy, sauteed, buttery, oily, and CHEESY options that are calling my name on the menu.  Commercials:  Food is everywhere.  I LOVE Dairy Queen and I feel like there's constantly a commercial on TV for it.  Socially:  there always seems to be some kind of "party" that involves drinking.  The quest to remain true to myself is constant.  But, I can say, I'm happy for how hard I've worked and where I've come.

Weight - 119.2 lbs.

Breakfast - 

2 slices whole wheat toast

1/4 cup break-free eggs


1 cup fat-free organic milk

Snack - 

Jenny Craig Cookies N' Cream Vitamin Bar

Lunch - 

Jenny Craig Chicken and Broccoli Stuffed Sandwich

Steamable Broccoli

sugar-free jello

Snack - 


Dinner - 

2 oz. blackened shrimp over 1 cup whole grain rice

added mushrooms, onions, jalapeno's on top

Salad (mixed greens, tomatoes, croutons)

2 tbsp. light ranch

Snack - 

100 calorie pack
