10/20/13 Katie's Healthy Eating Journal: Tuesday

Ha this morning I decided to weigh myself to see if I'd made any headway after working so hard on my diet and exercise (minus Saturday's antics!).  It said I weighed 120.  Of course I was freaking out because that was supposed to be the MAXIMUM amount I was willing to gain.  Something is sincerely wrong when I weighed 114 at this time last year and it says I weigh 120 now.  I've made a phone call to JC and have decided I need to go back to my original consultant even though this means an hour drive after work on Thursday.  She knows me, my body, and history.  I don't have to relive every single aspect of myself before I can even have someone figure out why I'm gaining weight at an alarming weight.  We have opted for phone consultations three times a month and coming into actually see her once a month.  She asked me if I could be pregnant...well, lol, I took a test last night and the result was a big negative.  I came off the depo lupron shot at the end of August and other than that nothing significant has changed in my diet other than drinking several glasses of rum and diet twice this month.  I guess that could have sabotaged my weight but I'm stuck and getting frustrated.  My consultant has asked that I bring in my laptop to show her my blogs.  We are going to dissect what I'm doing and eating.  Hopefully with her help I will be able to nip this thing in the bud!  I'm afraid I may have a meltdown after working so hard and then gaining so much so quickly!  Keep your fingers crossed that I am able to figure this out.  I will let you know Thursday what the result is...

1 cup vanilla flavored coffee and 1 tsp. of fat-free vanilla creamer

Cedarlane Bean and Cheese Burrito

Steamable Brussel Sprouts with 4 squirts Spray Butter

sugar-free jello

Snack - 


Dinner - 

JC Rising Crust Pizza (280 cal, 5g fat)

Salad (mixed greens, pepper, mushrooms)

2 tbsp. light ranch

Snack - 

Diet Root Beer

100 calorie pack
