I DID IT!  I know it sounds cheesy but I have some really intense friends that love a good party.  There was a TON of peer pressure to drink.  i started out the evening by saying I could still have fun and not drink.  Of course, all my friends groaned, moaned, and were probably irritated with me.  I realize I may have seemed like a "debbie downer" but seriously, I am committed to getting my weight back under control and drinking is not going to help me.  I really do feel like I sound like an alcoholic on here, but I'm sorry, I apologize - almost all of my friends do not have kids, are in their 20's, and still party like we did in college on a regular basis.  My every six weeks of drinking I thought was ok but apparently my metabolism hates it and gains when I start to get back into bad habits.  Normally when I've been drinking I graze the food table - especially the longer we all stay up.  But, I brought Fiber One cereal to snack on just for this particular scenario because at least all of that fiber will just come straight out.  It worked and I only had two bites of my dirt cake that my husband ate and 2 small tortilla chips with dip.  That's not too bad considering we didn't go to bed until 4 this morning!  I'm actually pretty proud of myself.  It sure is hard to be good in the midst of a social atmosphere.  

Weight - did not weigh myself this morning...

Exercise - 35 mins. power walk/run combo





Breakfast - 

1/4 cup Break-free eggs with mushrooms

1/2 cup diced tomatoes cooked in the skillet


1 cup fat-free organic milk

Snack - 

JC Cookies N' Cream Vitamin Bar

Dinner - 

2 oz. grilled chicken on 2 oz. light caesar salad

1 slice whole wheat bread

Snack - 

100 calorie pack
