How did you do with Halloween?  Was it difficult to stay away from the candy?  Did you become too tempted with all the different kinds of chocolate staring you in the face?  Hopefully you were successful but if not did you at least try to make good choices?  If you are really craving a piece of candy don't deprive yourself of it.  Have that as your nighttime snack for that day.  Eat a fun size candy bar instead of a full or king size.  Other good choices are to try three musketeer's because they're lower in fat.  Twizzler's, Sour Patch Kids, and StarBurst's are good too because even though they're high in sugar at least they are zero to low fat.  If you're craving something sweet but would rather not fall off the wagon have an apple with sugar free caramel, sugar free applesauce with cinnamon, or substitute your milk for the day for a cup of low-fat yogurt.

Breakfast - 

3/4 cup Kashi Warm Cinnamon cereal


1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch - 

Cedarlane Bean and Cheese Burrito

Carrots with fat-free ranch

fat-free yogurt

sugar-free jello

Snack - 

1/2 cup sugar free applesauce with cinnamon

Dinner - 

Garden Fresh Lasagna

Salad (spring mix, tomato, green onion, mushroom, pepper)

2 tbsp. light ranch

Snack - 

1 cup hot chocolate

100 calorie pack
