Today I was in a wedding and decided to break my four weeks of no drinking commitment.  It's been three and a half so I was almost there!  This is definitely considered a special event so I'm going to live life and enjoy myself.  To combat the extra calories I went on a run this morning.  My plan was not to include extra fats into my diet such as dressing and a snack at night.  However, my plan did not go as followed.  I had to be at the reception by 11 a.m. for hair and makeup.  I accidentally forgot my lunch and was running late for my appointment so I had to stop at U.D.F.  Since I had ran earlier in the morning I was shaky from being so hungry.  I grabbed some pretzel's and hoped the other girls would be bringing some healthier options.  I felt like I snacked more than I should have but lunch was actually not too bad.  A veggie tray and hummus were there to save the day.  But, healthy choices went downhill from there.  Dinner at the wedding was not any better.  There were three stations:  mexican, american, italian.  You would think there would have been salad as an option (and there was, but it was SATURATED in dressing...which I'm sure was high fat).  It was a rough time choosing because it was mostly casseroles.  I did my best by just getting a small tablespoon of everything but I was so hungry it sure was hard to control myself.  Alcohol wasn't too bad tonight, two glasses of white wine and a vodka/diet.  Hopefully the scale isn't too brutal tomorrow...

Weight - 119.5 lbs.

Exercise - power walk/run combo 40 mins.




Breakfast - 

3/4 cup Bran cereal

1/4 cup organic raisins


1 cup fat-free organic milk

Snack - 

JC Peanut Butter Vitamin Bar

Lunch - 

Approximately 2 tbsp. hummus

2 miniature pita's

Handful of pretzel's with salsa

Cherry tomatoes and celery

Snack - 

1/2 cup of pineapple and strawberries 

Dinner - 

Small tablespoon of:

Caesar salad

Mac & cheese

pasta (no sauce)

enchilada casserole

Snack - 

2 glasses white wine

1 vodka/diet
