Whew, it's time to get back into my routine.  The scale was rough on me from yesterday!  I think I'm going to need to run today and see what happens tomorrow.  I did tell my consultant I wouldn't work out at all this week but I have to work off the additional calories from the wedding.  The weather has been absolutely gorgeous so I'm going to get outside with my dogs and try to diminish my stress level from this increasing weight gain.  How was your weekend?  Were you able to stick to your commitments and focus on the bigger picture of reaching your goal?  As we approach the holiday's it is much more difficult to stay on task so it's better if you/and me are able to tackle our goals before the holiday's hit so we have a better handle on things.  Good luck!

Weight - 120.5 lbs.

Exercise - power walk/run combo 40 mins.







Breakfast - 

1/4 cup Break-free eggs

1/2 cup diced potatoes


1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch -

fat-free yogurt

2 oz. Healthy Ones Turkey on 2 slices whole wheat bread


fat-free yogurt

sugar-free jello

Snack - 


Dinner - 

2 oz. crabmeat

2 oz. whole wheat pasta with2 tbsp. fat-free lemon dill sauce and asparagus

Salad (mixed greens, tomatoes, croutons)

2 tbsp. light ranch

Snack - 

100 calorie pack
