Today I organized our staff Thanksgiving luncheon.  It's so hard to eat a different meal than everyone else because it's slightly embarrassing.  I know, you're probably thinking, "Yesterday's blog she just advised me to eat Thanksgiving and enjoy it."  However, I decided partaking in 2 Thanksgiving meals in one week is enough.  Tomorrow we have Thanksgiving with my husband's family and Thursday I'm helping his Dad's family cook all day (and his girlfriend is an AMAZING cook).  I'm happy to treat myself to one of my favorite meals of the year but within reason and twice is enough.  Plus, I'll admit, I'm a sucker for homemade food and I wasn't sure if everything the staff was going to bring would be homemade - I'd rather wait and have homemade food the next few days.  I guess you could say I'm a food snob!  Wink


Weight - 119.6 lbs.

Exercise - None






Breakfast - 

2 oz. cooked ham with 100 calorie English Muffin and 1/4 cup Break-free egg


Lunch - 

Jenny Craig Turkey Panini

fat-free yogurt

cucumber with fat-free ranch

sugar-free jello

Snack - 

Applesauce with Cinnamon

Dinner - 

Chicken fajita's (2 oz. chicken, 2 small tortilla's, green pepper, onion, and cayenne pepper)

Green beans with 2 tbsp. margarine

Snack - 

100 calorie pack
