I thought today I would do a reminder of what your one added fat (always follow the recommended serving size) for the day could be, according to my Jenny Craig Volumetrics Guide:

-1/8 an avocado


-reduced fat mayo

-4 large or 10 small nuts


-8 olives

-light peanut butter


-light cream cheese

                               -salad dressing

                       -sour cream

Weight - 119.4 lbs.

Exercise - None


Breakfast - 

3/4 cup multi-grain cheerio's

1 low-fat string cheese


1 cup fat-free milk

Lunch - 

Cedarlane Bean and Cheese Burrito

Cherry tomatoes

fat-free jello

sugar-free mousse jello

Snack - 


Dinner - 

1/2 cup fat-free refried beans in a flat bread tortilla

Salad (mixed greens, mushrooms, croutons)

2 tbsp. light southwestern ranch

Snack - 

100 calorie pack

1 cup no sugar added hot chocolate
