I'm hopeful that the acupuncture helped!  I had one pretty intense pain at the end of the work day today but it wasn't as bad as previous attacks where I need to curl into a ball.  I would much rather handle discomfort as opposed to knife-stabbing pain any day!  I haven't even been able to focus on working out because the pain has been so bad.  I'm still a little nervous to work out because that gets the blood flowing; and when it comes to endometriosis that isn't a good thing.  The blood pumping harder than usual typically means I'm going to be in crisis mode.  I'm going to keep praying that the pain continues to diminish and I can start living life more normally again.  I'm glad tomorrow is Friday!!!!  Have a great weekend!

Breakfast - 

1/4 cup Break-free eggs

100 calorie English Muffin

1 Morning Star Veggie Sausage


1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch - 

2 slices whole wheat bread, mustard, 1 slice fat-free bologna (165 cal, 520mg sodium, 2.5g fat)

cherry tomatoes

fat-free yogurt

Jello sugar-free Mousse

Snack - 

1/2 cup applesauce with cinnamon

Dinner - 

2 oz. tofu grilled with peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, and a sprinkle of cajun seasoning

2 oz. whole wheat pasta

Green beans with 1 tbsp. light margarine

Snack - 

Skinny Cow Chocolate Sandwich
