Yesterday was my second round of acupuncture and I was in heaven!  My doctor confessed that he wasn't sure whether or not he believed it would have worked last time I was in the office.  He said that even though the point of acupuncture is to tap into pressure points and rearrange the flow of blood to create healthier patterns; his experience has been that "obscure" pain is much more difficult to relieve.  He has had more success with patients that have back problems. I'm glad he didn't tell me his thoughts beforehand because I truly think mind over matter helps things as well.  My belief and open-mind were half the reason I was willing to try and let this be a positive experience.  In no way am I trying to "sell" you on acupuncture - I'm just mystified it worked!

Breakfast - 

1/2 cup Buckwheat pancakes

1/4 cup sugar-free syrup


1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch - 

Michelina's Lean Gourmet Mac & Cheese

Carrots with salsa

sugar-free jello

fat-free yogurt

Snack - 

Apples with 2 tbsp. low-fat peanut butter

Dinner - 


Grilled chicken salad in a bread bowl with fat-free Italian

Snack - 

100 calorie pack
