I have a group site with just the people I met out in California from the commercials.  Occasionally we keep in touch and because of the New Year we all sent out well wishes to each other.  It's so incredible to keep in touch with these people.  We are all on different parts of the map and the drastic difference in weather is so cool to here about.  Boy do I wish I was in Cali right now...last night it was 13 degrees here!  Everyone is doing so well...some are in webisodes online, others are on centre posters like me, and some have success stories on the Jenny Craig website.  What I really love is listening to their struggles just like me.  Most are on maintenance and most are finding maintenance to be a constant battle - especially now with the holidays just ending.  It's nice because sometimes writing my thoughts out into "cyberspace" I feel so alone in my silent war.  I realize I have SO MUCH to be thankful for, and trust me I definitely am.  However, the demons never feel fully gone.  I still become envious of others.  For example, I have a few friends that weigh about the same as me and do work hard to get where they are.  What really gets me though is they splurge and nothing seems to happen!  If you call me having three or four rum and diets once or twice about every two/three months a splurge then in my opinion, that stinks.  Many of my friends drink almost every weekend, and splurge on cookies, doughnuts, and pizza occasionally.  This frustrates me because I can't remember the last time I had that kind of splurge! One of my friends had five huge cookies and a bowl full of chocolate in one sitting and is tiny!  I know she works out four times a week but still.  Seriously, sugar and I do not get along - I guarantee I would gain about two pounds just from one cookie.  Ah well, the realistic side of me knows nobody is the same; but can I at least complain sometimes that life isn't fair?!

Exercise - None, yesterday I worked out so I'm taking the day off...back to it tomorrow!

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Snack - 

Jenny Craig Vitamin Bar

Lunch - 

Cedarlane Bean and Cheese Burrito

Raw veggies with fat-free milk

sugar-free jello

Dinner - 

Salad (mixed greens, tomatoes, croutons)

2 tbsp. light ranch

1 cup light marinara with whole wheat pasta (left over from our party!  we have left overs for a year!!!)

Snack - 

100 calorie pack
