Are you still stressing over the weight gain from all the holiday treats?  Try not to worry and stay positive.  Recently I've had to come to terms with not obsessing over a number on a scale.  As long as my clothes still fit and I'm not gaining too much weight I'm going to try and be happy with myself.  Yes, would I like to be 113/114 still...absolutely.  I look back at pictures from a year ago and I feel like I can see a difference - and I liked that small difference from before.  But, I'm undergoing some medications that seriously affect my weight and I need to stop being so hard on myself.  Right now, under the circumstances, this is the best that I can do.  I practice on a daily basis trying to eat like Jenny Craig has taught me and work out four times a week.  This is all I can do.  The rest is up to my body and how it's going to react to this medication.  Torturing myself about a number is really getting me nowhere.  I will continue to keep an eye on the scale but I'm not going to scrutinize it as much until the meds are finished.  Try not to be too hard on yourself either.  If you know you're being honest about what you put into your mouth and how much you workout...that's all you can do.  Try your best and I'll try mine!

Breakfast - 

1/4 cup Break-free eggs, 1 Morning Star Veggie Sausage, and 100 calorie English Muffin


1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch - 

fat-free yogurt

sugar-free jello

2 tbsp. hummus

1/2 whole wheat pita

Cherry tomatoes

Snack - 


Dinner - 

3 Meatless Meatballs with 2 oz. whole wheat pasta, mushrooms, broccoli, spray butter, and parmesan cheese

Salad (mixed greens, croutons, tomatoes)

2 tbsp. light ranch

Snack - 

100 calorie pack

Diet pop
