Today my Mom made such an easy, delicious, low-fat meal. First, my mom marinated chicken in low-sodium teriyaki sauce. This gave the chicken a really good flavor. In a bowl she mixed 1 oz. fat-free cream cheese, 2 tbsp. fat-free sour cream, chives, and red onion. Then she added in the chicken. Once she mixed these together she placed the filling inside a whole grain low-fat wheat tortilla. She cooked it in the oven at 325 for about 12 minutes. It was so quick but it tasted great! We paired the wraps with salads and it was very filling!
