My friends keep talking about this Bender Ball.  Have you tried it?  They are raving about the drastic difference they see after just one week on their abs.  According to benderball.com it works your abs from all sides.  You can get it at Target for $20 and it comes with a DVD - I'm thinking about getting it.  I'm not going to lie, word of mouth certainly works.  The more people I hear go on about how much they love this workout makes me want it.  The site talks about how just doing crunches on the floor limits the amount of exercises a person can do with their abs.  It allows you to go forward and back so that all muscles are reached effectively.  Any thoughts?  Would you recommend it?  Do you do this on top of your cardio workout or on a separate day?


Exercise: 35 mins. Cardio, Butt, Thighs, Hips Shape DVD


Breakfast - 

3/4 cup Bran Flakes with 1/4 cup organic raisins

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch - 

2 oz. turkey burger on low-fat bun

Celery with hot sauce and fat-free ranch

fat-free yogurt

sugar-free jello

Snack - 


Dinner - 

1 serving of the Garden-Style Lasagna 

Green Beans with 1 tbsp. margarine

Snack - 

100 calorie pack

1 no sugar-added hot chocolate
