Reducing sodium from your diet can definitely help towards your weight loss.  Eliminate adding salt to your foods completely.  Try to stay with about 650 mg or less per meal.  You will be less likely to retain water and be on track towards your goal weight!  Pepper and seasonings are ok to add to your food.  Just be careful with seasonings that they haven't added msg because many of them do.  


Breakfast - 

2 Kashi waffles with 1/4 cup sugar-free syrup


1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch - 


Cedarlane Bean & Cheese Burrito

Fat-free yogurt

Snack - 


Dinner - 

2 oz. grilled chicken quesadillas with 1/4 cup fat-free cheese, peppers, mushrooms, and 1 whole wheat tortilla

Snack - 

Skinny Cow
