If you happen to participate in Lent and do not eat meat on Friday's here are some suggestions for lunch and dinner:

1.  Gardenburger's

2.  Crabmeat

3.  Halibut/Salmon/any kind of fish for dinner

4.  Organic mac & cheese

5.  Black beans and rice

6.  vegetarian chili

7.  tofu pan seared with spray butter in a stir fry


Breakfast -

1 packet low-sugar oatmeal with 1/4 cup raisins


1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch -


Fat-free yogurt

Gardenburger on 2 slices whole wheat bread

Snack -

1/2 cup pineapple

Dinner -

1/8 piece of thin crust Boboli pizza with fat-free cheese, light pizza sauce, and mushrooms

Salad (romaine, tomatoes, croutons) 2 tbsp. light ranch

Snack -

Skinny Cow
