If you can make the choice to eat out as little as possible while you're trying to lose weight you will see more success.  The problem with dining out is there are many hidden fats.  No matter how much you may ask them to hold the oil, salt, butter, and cream you never can really be sure they're actually doing it.  If you want to be certain of what you're putting in your mouth only you can control this when you're cooking your own meals.  Jenny Craig asks that the first THREE MONTHS you try to eat out next to none while you're changing your lifestyle, cutting back on your portion sizes, learning what it really means to eat healthy, and trying to achieve a killer weight loss.  Be in control of your weight loss and hold yourself accountable.  It's important to be honest with yourself.  If you try to tell yourself that that Dairy Queen Blizzard is known for being low-fat I will challenge you to ask yourself why you then didn't you lose this week...come on, the high sugar, and high fat added cookie dough, candies, etc. are enough to destroy your potential weight loss for the week.  Choose your dining experiences carefully, try to make smart choices from the menu, and honestly try to stick to your own meals as much as possible


Breakfast - 

2 egg whites, slice of fat-free cheese, 2 slices whole grain bread


 1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch - 

2 oz. turkey burger on whole grain bun

Fat-free yogurt


Snack - 

1 cup grapes

Dinner -

Chicken Quesadilla (2 oz. grilled chicken, 1/4 cup fat-free cheese, mushrooms, green peppers, onions, whole wheat tortilla)

Broccoli with 1 tbsp. margarine

Snack - 

100 calorie popcorn
