Today was my Grandma's 80th birthday party.  There was so much food there you wouldn't believe your eyes!  In order to keep a healthy, balanced plate of food I had a tablespoon of the three main entrees.  My Mom had made a lasagna, so did my aunt (and believe me - they're competitive so it was a requirement that I try both), and my other aunt makes an Asian noodle dish that she is notorious for (and it is absolutely delicious).  Scooping just a tablespoon of each helped me so I did not overeat.  I also made "Sin-free Brownies" with plain vanilla yogurt.  They were zero grams of fat and only 130 calories - I thought they were delicious!  They fulfilled my chocolate craving.


Breakfast - 

2 Kashi Waffles with 1/4 cup sugar-free syrup


1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch - 

2 oz. grilled chicken on whole wheat bun with tomato and lettuce

Fat-free yogurt

Snack - 

1 cup grapes

Dinner -

Ate Out

2 tablespoons Lasagna

1 tablespoon Asian Noodles

Light Caesar Salad (I brought this to the party as well to make sure I would have a low-fat salad)

Snack - 

1 serving "Sin-free Brownies" (0g fat, 130 cal)
