Recipe for Low-fat Ranch Dressing: 1 packet of Ranch Dressing Salad Mix Follow the directions on packet with fat-free mayo Do NOT use buttermilk, instead, use 1 cup of pineapple juice Blend extremely well and enjoy! I think it's absolutely delicious! It does have a "slight" citrusy flavor to it but honestly it's the closest thing to "real" ranch without the fat and calories. WEDNESDAY Breakfast - 2 Kashi Waffles 1/4 cup sugar-free syrup Banana 1 cup fat-free organic milk Lunch - 5 Chick N Nuggets (Morning Star) Celery with hot sauce and fat-free ranch Fat-free yogurt Snack - 1 cup blueberries Dinner - Chicken Quesadilla's (2 oz. grilled chicken, peppers, onions, mushrooms, 1/4 cup fat-free cheese, 1 whole wheat tortilla) Brussel Sprouts with 1 tbsp. margarine Snack - Skinny Cow
