Yet another gorgeous day out again! I wanted to take advantage of exercise in the outdoors since it's so beautiful. I decided to do one of my favorite things (I'm sure many of you will think this is odd, I know) which is mow the lawn. We have a huge yard and it ended up taking me two hours to cut. I loved every minute of it! I got a little bit of sun, exercise, and outside with my dogs. No better way to burn some calories in my opinion! FRIDAY Breakfast - 1 serving Fiber One pancakes with 1/4 cup sugar-free syrup Banana 1 cup fat-free organic milk Lunch - 2 oz. grilled chicken sandwich on a whole wheat bun Celery Fat-free yogurt Snack - Apple Dinner - 2 tbsp. hummus on 2 slices of foccacia bread with tomato, cucumber, lettuce Salad (mixed greens, salsa, 1/4 cup fat-free cheese, 1/4 cup corn, tomatoes) 2 tbsp. light ranch Snack - Skinny Cow
