5/7/14 Katie's Healthy Eating Journal: Friday

Bummer.  Today I had a rough start.  I have been nauseas the past two days and extremely nauseas last night.  This of course can only mean one thing:  I'm destined to puke in the morning.  What a way to start out the day dry heaving until I bust a blood vessel.  When I feel like this I actually HATE food!  Who would've thought?!  LOL, I go from being overweight and loving food, to watching every little thing I put into my mouth (during and post Jenny Craig), to not caring as much while I'm pregnant to hating it while I'm pregnant!  Food and pregnancy certainly have been a strange ride.  The past three years I never would've considered eating a bagel...now that I'm sick all the time that's about the only thing that even sounds remotely good.


Breakfast -

2 Kashi Waffles with sliced strawberries on top

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch -

Cedarlane Burrito

Fat-free yogurt

Snack -


Dinner -

Lender's Bagel with fat-free cream cheese (due to feeling sick this was all I could eat)

Snack -

100 calorie popcorn
