Yesterday I got a good 30 minute walk in with my dogs.  It was peaceful and quiet after yet another stressful week of school.  Only 10 more days!  I have been having a lot of pains on the under part of my belly.  They are awful for a few short minutes.  I pretty much have to stop what I'm doing and let them pass.  I've read that the muscles under the belly can be painful as they stretch to accommodate the bigger belly.  But, I have had so much stress this week between school and family that I was in tears this morning (don't get me wrong I'm sure those pregnancy hormones have something to do with it).  Normally I would just deal with the stress but this time I've found myself buckling under the load.  I worry that those pains are because I'm so stressed out.  I need to get away and relax.


Breakfast -

100 calorie English Muffin, 1 Morning Star Veggie Sausage, 1/4 cup Break-free eggs


1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch -


Cedarlane Bean & Cheese Burrito

Fat-free yogurt

Snack -


Dinner -

Lean Cuisine Spinach and Mushroom Pizza

Carrots with 2 tbsp. light ranch

Snack -

1/8 slice of angel food sugar-free cake
