Now if this isn't an act of love, what is?!  Smile  I requested for my husband, since today was his actual birthday a special dinner cooked by my parents.  For various reasons, he decided to have his birthday dinner at my parents house.  My Mom loves to cook for him so I knew she was looking forward to making him a homecooked meal.  I told her he either wanted steak or meatloaf with potatoes cut up into slices with seasoning and then baked in the oven.  Let me tell you, even before I was pregnant I hated steak and meatloaf and I really hated oven-baked potatoes of any kind.  I'm strange, I know.  But, I knew these were his favorite foods so I asked her to make them.  Now couple being pregnant with disliking these foods and there you go, I could hardly sit at the same table (but hopefully my hubby new it was an act of love).  When the meat was served I could hardly stand it - we had to create a barricade so I didn't see it.  LOL, but the worst was actually the green beans!  Usually I love garlic...not since I have been pregnant.  Instantly when we came over I could smell it and I wanted to gag.  The smell was so strong from the garlic I asked that the green beans be placed as far away from me as possible!  High maintenance - I know!  But, JB loved the meal and it was just what he had been craving...mission accomplished!


Breakfast -

1 serving of Fiber One Pancakes with 1/4 cup sugar-free syrup

1 cup fat-free organic milk

3/4 cup of strawberries

Lunch -

90 calorie flat bread with tomato, fat-free mayo, and a slice of 98% fat-free bologna


Fat-free yogurt

Snack -


Dinner -

Ear of corn with spray butter

2 potato slices with ketchup

4 bites of steak

Snack -

1/8 slice of angel food with strawberries and sugar-free vanilla pudding drizzled on top
