Yesterday was my 3rd anniversary with my hubby. He surprised me with spa day of a facial, manicure, and pedicure! What's a better way to relax than that? In turn, I surprised him with a romantic dinner on the waterfront. It was a beautiful evening, we sat out on the patio and watched the sunset. This vacation was needed for both my mental and physical health after a rough several months of this pregnancy and even before as we took hormone injections to try and get pregnant. Thank goodness we have both had the luxury and ability to get away! THURSDAY Breakfast - Spoonful of eggs with English Muffin and tomato Fat-free yogurt 3/4 cup of watermelon Lunch - Whole wheat sub with tomato and thinly slice mozzarella Snack - Apple Dinner - Approximately 3 oz. of crabmeat Zucchini, Squash, and Carrots Baked Potato Snack - 100 calorie pack
