As i go throughout my pregnancy I told you I'd inform you of strange symptoms.  While we were on vacation last week my husband noticed I had bruising all over my rear end.  We were stumped - couldn't think of what possibly could have caused this.  As we examined my body closer I had two more bruises from scratching poison ivy on my back and stomach.  They were streaks from my fingers.  This worries me because of my disgust for meat right now.  I had my six month prenatal visit with my doctor who tested me for an iron deficiency.  She asked how I was getting my protein in and I told her mostly through beans, eggs, cheese, and turkey in moderation.  For whatever reason, chicken makes me nauseated to the point where I can't stand it.  I actually don't mind turkey burger - I just don't like preparing it anymore.  You have no idea how nice it will be to go back to normal, eat healthy, and take care of myself.  It's frustrating hating so many of the healthy foods I once loved.


Breakfast - 

1/4 cup Break-free eggs, 1 whole wheat tortilla, and 1/4 cup low-fat cheese

3/4 cup pineapple

Lunch - 

Fat-free slice of cheese, tomato, fat-free mayo, and 2 slice whole wheat bread

Fat-free yogurt

Snack - 


Dinner - 

2 oz. turkey burger with sprinkling of fajita seasoning on whole wheat tortilla with lettuce, tomato, and fat-free sour cream

Snack - 

Skinny Cow
