5/28/14 Katie's Healthy Eating Journal: Monday

Today we painted the nursery (this was the second phase). My husband drew on many different sized letters and then yesterday I taped them all off and painted them. If you're going to paint while pregnant make sure you request low VOC paint. This does not contain toxic fumes that can be harmful for the baby. I guess I did too much. The taping and painting took on and off all day. By the time I finished at 7 I was in some serious pain. That underbelly was causing problems again. I was having a hard time lifting my legs and getting up and down. In fact, I was so sore that my husband had to put on my pajama pants because it was too painful to bend my legs and lift them into the pants! To make matters worse, I had no appetite at dinner. Well, I was hungry but again nothing sounded appetizing. I'm really getting sick of hating most foods - I can't wait until I am back to my normal, healthy eating habits! MONDAY Breakfast - Jenny Craig Breakfast Stuffed Sandwich 1 cup fat-free organic milk Nectarine Lunch - Lean Cuisine Cheese Pizza Small salad (romaine, tomatoes) 2 tbsp. light ranch Snack - 1 cup no sugar-added applesauce with cinnamon Dinner - whole wheat tortilla with 1/4 cup fat-free shredded cheese (couldn't eat anything else because it all made me sick to my stomach)
