7/16/14 Katie's Healthy Eating Journal: Monday

So far I have kept up with my workout regime during this pregnancy. The only thing I slacked on this week was hiking my 45 minutes in the fields which is what I have been doing once a weekend. The rough terrain is a good workout for my rear end and thighs. Today I am doing my regular 30 minute power walk with the dogs on the driveway. At least working out helps keep me sane while I continue to gain all this weight! The baby is now about 9 inches long and approximately 2 pounds! He could possibly survive if I had an early labor. Wow, I can't believe we've come this far already. It sure has been a rough pregnancy but an incredible experience. MONDAY Breakfast - Jenny Craig Breakfast Stuffed Sandwich 3/4 cup cantaloupe 1 cup fat-free organic milk Lunch - Cedarlane Bean & Cheese Burrito Celery Fat-free yogurt Snack - Nectarine Dinner - 2 oz. Laura's Lean Beef with low-sodium taco seasoning in a whole wheat tortilla with lettuce, tomato, fat-free cheese Snack - Slice of zucchini bread
