I haven't done a pool day in a few weeks so I decided after a stressful week it would be a great idea.  I could take my book and lounge on a raft all day.  This ended up being the only way I was going to survive a pool day.  It was about 96 with another high heat index that caused a heat advisory.  I am pretty sure I didn't get off the raft unless it was to go to the restroom all day!  The humidity was so thick I could hardly breathe.  However, it was extremely relaxing - just me, the pool, and nature around me.  I wonder, since there's a heat advisory, even though I was in the pool constantly if maybe that wasn't a good thing for the baby?


Breakfast - 

1 packet no sugar added oatmeal with 1/4 cup raisins

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch - 

Lean Pocket Ham and Cheese


Fat-free yogurt

Snack - 


Dinner - 

Low energy; didn't feel like making any dinner

Oatmeal Square Cereal with 1 cup fat-free milk

Snack - 

100 cal pack
