I think I may have gotten "too low" on the dance floor last night. We got home about 1 am which always makes me feel rough the next day while I've been pregnant. Lack of sleep makes me feel like I've been hit by a truck the following morning. My underbelly has been killing me and I'm sure it's because I was breaking it down on the dance floor last night. I did wear my belly band which helped during the dancing but by the time I got home it was absolutely killing me and still is today. I cannot WAIT to feel normal again! I am so excited to have my body back to myself. 6-7 more weeks - I can make it, right? :) SUNDAY Breakfast - 1 serving of Apple Cinnamon Fiber One Muffins Banana 1 cup fat-free organic milk Lunch - 2 slices of whole wheat bread, tomato, lettuce, fat-free mayo, and slice of low-fat cheddar Fat-free yogurt Snack - 3/4 cup strawberries Dinner - 100 cal English Muffin, light pizza sauce, low-fat mozzarella cheese sprinkled on top Salad (romaine, tomatoes, croutons) 2 tbsp. light ranch Snack - 100 cal pack
