I did it!  I survived week one of school while being horribly uncomfortable and exhausted from pregnancy!  I think that's how I'm going to look at the next four weeks...as surviving each day as opposed to four more weeks.  In the scheme of things it really isn't that long but I have not had the typical pregnancy and I am done.  I am happy for all those mothers that had a dream pregnancy but I unfortunately, was not one of the lucky ones.  In fact, even at 9 months today I am still getting horrible headaches and nausea.  Now that I'm so big you could compare me to a beached whale I have reached my level of "fun" and just want to get this delivery over with.  I know that sounds quite negative but being as it is my first one I have horrible anxiety about labor - I'm completely afraid.  I keep telling myself women do this all the time but I'm finding no comfort in this.  They all keep sharing their horror stories and it's freaking me out!  I would rather not have this impending possibly painful experience and just do it now.  Every day that I wait I just build up more anxiety about it.  Then many people tell me, it's all worth it in the end.  I have no doubt that it is but it still does not comfort me about a huge melon coming out of my nether regions!  If your next question is will I do this naturally or with drugs...the answer is obvious isn't it?  An epidural is definitely for me - I'm too scared of how much pain it could possibly be!


Breakfast - 

2 Kashi waffles with blueberries on top and a dash of Truvia

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch - 

Lean Cuisine pizza


Fat-free yogurt

Snack - 


whole wheat bread with tablespoon of reduced fat peanut butter

Dinner - 

Reduced fat crescent roll with low-fat veggie cream cheese piled with tons of different veggies (2 slices) and 1/4 cup fat-free cheese

Snack - 

100 cal pack
