Baby weight.  It is an ugly concept and wow does child birth takes its toll on a woman's body.  Can you imagine a man dealing with hormones and getting fat?  As I mentioned several posts ago I have about 23 pounds to lose if I want to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight.  I feel extremely frustrated because no clothes fit, not even my "fat girl" clothes before Jenny Craig because the weight is so heavily pronounced in my stomach.  Yes, I know for all of you thinking, "My goodness, it's only been a month!"  it has only been a month.  But, I'm harder on myself because I finally had gotten to a weight I was happy with and now I worry everyday that I'll never get there again. I was going to use an unflattering picture of me to show a "before" and then when I lose the weight have an after.  I have done a commercial and marketing for Jenny Craig previously and watching my journey through post pregnancy weight loss would be intriguing and motivating.  However, what if I can't do it?  I've been stuck at the same weight for almost two weeks now and I'm eating all the right foods and working out every other day for at least 40 minutes again.  I'm so frustrated.  Is it going to take another 2 years to come off like it did the last time?  What if it never comes off?  I'm going to eat like a bird and work out religiously to be at a heavy weight for the rest of my life?.  My husband thinks once I'm less stressed and getting a little more sleep that it will start coming off.  I have scheduled an appointment with Jenny Craig as soon as they let you after delivering a baby - 6 weeks.  The irony here is that I'm able to start the week of THANKSGIVING.  Awesome.  I start during one of the most difficult weeks of the year for a weight loss.  I'm just so nervous that this time my body will not respond.  I try to stay positive and tell myself that I'm doing the best I can do but it's hard.  Haha trust me on this one, if I meet my goal weight, or at least close to it, I will put up another before and after picture...but not until I do.  


Breakfast - 

2/3 cup Southwestern Hashbrowns, 1 turkey bacon strip, 1/4 cup Break-free eggs


1 cup fat-free organic milk
