Whoooo!  I had gained 2 pounds from Thanksgiving and I've lost both this morning!  It sure doesn't help to be trying to lose baby weight RIGHT around the holidays.  It seems every weekend until New Year's we have some kind of festivity taking place that revolves around food.  It sure is going to be a challenge to reach my first goal weight.  But, I'm determined and I WILL do it.  I have continued working out every other day and stick to a hike on the weekend and during the week either an aerobic program on my treadmill that has an incline and running and walking or my workout DVD's, my favorite being Billy Blanks Tae-Bo, Cardio Circuit 1.  That DVD is only 35 minutes which is just enough time to get in some cardio and still get back to a crying baby.  Billy Blanks DVD is what helped me achieved my goal weight last time so hopefully he will this time!  I know many of family and friends thinks I was too thin last time but my doctor said it was a healthy weight and that's all that matters.  It's just hard to describe the allure of the previous weight I held when I was a larger body type all my life.  Never being able to share clothes with friends, fat jokes, and always feeling so HUGE in a swimsuit in comparison to all my bony friends even as a child, I had finally achieved a weight that didn't make me feel self-conscious.  I worked so hard to get there and I'm just so fearful that it will never come back again.  I know I have many demons about this issue and I think blogging about them helps me get control of them and keep myself in check.  It's therapeutic for me...so thank you to many of you for listening to my therapy sessions.  :)

Salad (mushrooms, tomatoes) 2 tbsp. light ranch
