Can you believe it's already December?  I just had my first consultation at JC and lost 1.3 pounds!  Whooo!  My husband lost 2.6 pounds as well.  I'm really proud of both of us - losing weight during a holiday week is huge!  My husband was disappointed that he hadn't lost more but I think it was the time of day or something.  Our scale is 2 pounds off from JC's and it was exactly right for me but my husband had weighed himself that morning and he had lost 6 pounds.  You are supposed to weigh yourself each week at around the same time on the same scale.  Hopefully we will lose more this week!  We discussed what could have hindered my progress this week and my consultant nixed my croutons.  Boo!  She said that they can seem like they would be low fat but even just a few add up and could affect my diet.  Darn, I've been enjoying croutons for several years now.  As soon as I cut them out I did have a drop in weight loss.  I'm sure part of my problem was not measuring them out.  You're probably only supposed to have about 3 or 4 on a salad and I'm positive that I had a LOT more on mine.  Who knew you could overeat with croutons?  :)

My Mom had a guy come out today to test for mold in case that was what was causing her problems.  No such luck.  She does have a little bit of mold in the house but probably not enough to be causing this chronic illness.  Cleveland Clinic = appointment February 2nd!  Bad news is it's still far away but good news is she got in!  She's had 4 semi-good days now and I pray she continues to have these so she can last  until February 2nd.

JC Cheesy Potatoes and Fried Chicken (LOVED THIS!  Made me feel guilty for eating it!)

Dinner - 

JC Penne Pasta

Salad (mixed greens, peppers, mushrooms) 2 tbsp. light ranch

Snack - 

JC pumpkin spice cake

***you can go to Jenny Craig's site to look up these foods and find out calories and fat grams if you wanted to find comparable food in the grocery store
