How do I survive an action packed weekend of way too much everything?  Well, I plan things out the best I can with my Jenny Craig consultant.  I pick foods for the entire day if I know I'm going to be having a beverage so that don't have added fat.  See my JC meals below for examples of foods without added fat.  If I do eat out I'm going to only eat Subway on the road because I know exactly how much fat and calories I'm putting into my body.  I don't put in my additional fat on these days (ie. margarine or light dressing).  I still plan on eating all my JC meals but when we go out to lunch and dinner today I'm just going to get a salad with fat-free dressing.  When I come home I'll still eat my regular JC meals.  I'm also going to do away with snacks.  I know I'll be hungry from being up too late so I bought plain Fiber One Cereal.  There's basically no fat or calories in this and from all the fiber I'll honestly just go to the bathroom and it will all go away!  My husband and I plan on going on a huge hike so hopefully that will help burn some calories as well!


Breakfast -

JC Sunshine Sandwich


1 cup coffee with 2 tsp. fat-free creamer

Lunch -

JC Beef Stew

Hard Rock Cafe:  Salad with fat-free ranch

Snack -


Dinner -

JC Chicken Fettucine

Dined Out:  Salad with fat-free Italian

Snack -
