The past two weeks I've only lost a total of 1 pound.  It sure is slow coming off and I hope that being on vacation didn't damage all the slow progress I've made.  My husband keeps telling me that I still have to life my life which is very true.  But, if I'm honest with myself I know that to some degree I will still worry about my weight.  I've just worked so hard thus far and it's been so tough getting the baby weight to come off.  I am proud to say that we did do an intense amount of hiking and walking all over Gatlinburg.  I will weigh myself tomorrow and we'll see how much damage I've done...


Breakfast -

JC Breakfast Scramble


1 cup coffee with 2 tsp. fat-free creamer

Snack -

JC Peanut Butter Anytime Bar

Lunch -

Subway:  6 in. whole wheat, turkey, lettuce, tomato, pickle, pepper, mustard

Snack -


Dinner -

JC Rising Crust Pizza

Broccoli with tbsp. margarine

Snack -

JC Triple Chocolate Cheesecake
