How funny is this?  My first largest weight loss was during the week of Christmas with 2 pounds.  Right there that's absurd because it's a week of celebrating and a whole lot of food!  But what's even more ironic is that I've now topped that weight loss with 2.4 pounds this past week!  Who knew?!  It was a long weekend of too much everything, remember?!  We were up late with a lot of snacking, eating out, and beverages.  Gatlinburg was great and maybe the time away coupled with my hour long hike in the mountains really helped get my metabolism going.  My body does usually respond well to change and a lot of the foods I would normally eat on JC were changed because I tried to make choices without added fat to them along with no light dressing or margarine so I could balance out the beverages I consumed.  Whatever the reason I'm really happy that I succeeded in still achieving a weight loss during our mini vacation!


Breakfast -

JC Cheddar Cheese Omelet


1 cup coffee with 2 tsp. fat-free creamer

Snack -

JC Oatmeal Raisin Bar

Lunch -

JC Chicken Stuffed Sandwich


Snack -

1/2 cup blueberries

Dinner -

JC Chicken Carbonara

Salad (mixed greens, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes) 2 tbsp. light ranch

Snack -

JC Cheese Curls
