I was looking at all my old pictures from the past three years before I had the baby.  I should be celebrating that I'm slowly working off the baby weight but the pictures kind of got me down.  I've been trying to stay positive.  There's a lot to be thankful for and with all that's been going on in the world right now weight sure is a petty thing.  But, if I'm going to be honest on here I'm going to admit that I worked so hard to where I had gotten the past three years and it's depressing to look at pictures from the past several months and see myself heavier.  I know this time around it's baby weight but it makes no difference; I'd worked so hard and I'm still five months after delivering not back to where I was.  I still can't have any ketchup, spray butter, or diet pop because for whatever reason my body is still holding onto every bit of sodium possible.  I'm working out a little bit because that's what my body seems to prefer as opposed to exercising 5-6 times a week like I used to do.  As of now the weight is ever so slowly coming off; but will I get near where I used to be again?.  I was so happy and confident in my body.  I feel so negative when I have this beautiful baby that I'm so in love with and it was worth it; but I hope after everything I've done in the past to lose almost 80 pounds, having a baby doesn't mean I had to give up a smaller stature for a larger one.  I shouldn't have looked at those pictures I guess.  


Breakfast - 

JC Cheddar Cheese Omelet

1 cup coffee with fat-free creamer


Snack - 

JC Peanut Butter Anytime Bar

Lunch - 

JC Cheesy Enchilada


Snack - 

1/2 cup blueberries

Dinner - 

JC Rising Crust Pizza

Salad with 2 tbsp. light southwestern ranch (peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes)

Snack - 

JC Cheese Curls
