4/28/15 Katie's Healthy Eating Journal: Thursday

Today is my weigh-in.  Keep your fingers crossed that I have a loss.  I'd like to compile pictures of my weight gain throughout my pregnancy and then pictures throughout my journey of trying to lose the baby weight.  I've been very hard on myself; sometimes not believing I would reach the weight I started with previous to the pregnancy but I'm determined to do it.  Once I reach this goal I'm going to post all of the pictures from pregnancy to present weight so you can see for yourself that Jenny Craig works and so does their maintenance program.  It has been very slow trying to lose the baby weight but why would I think it would be any different than how it was when I tried to lose it before the pregnancy?  Determination, exercise, and will-power along with JC have helped me along the way.  You CAN do it too.  LOL, see today I'm positive; but just like anyone you have good/bad days and even when I plateaued I didn't give up.

I'll be glad to be finished with the strict 1200 caloric meal plan (hopefully my consultant doesn't make me do it another week) and choose my own foods again.  When I have to eat cereal it just does not fill me up.  It seems that protien is what fuels me the longest (eggs, pancake with veggie sausages, etc.).  I'm also really missing having my Cheesy Potatoes and Chicken for lunch, my Cheesy Omelet for breakfast, and the Triple Chocolate Cheesecake for dessert several times a week!  Smile  Notice a trend?  - I'm definitely a dairy girl...all the cream cheese and cheese are my favorites!

JC Anytime Bar

JC Beef and Barley Stew

Dinner -

JC Chicken Carbonara

Salad (mixed greens, peppers, mushrooms) 2 tbsp. light ranch

JC Triple Chocolate Cheesecake
