05/03/15- Paula's Eating/Exercise Journal: Tuesday

by Paula (Clean Eating Expert) 4. May 2014 08:04

I was visiting a doctor's office and saw a challenge to children called Fast Food 30- Family Challenge.  They challenged children and their families to stay away from fast food for 30 days.  After the 30 days, the children were asked to write an essay, talking about their experience with giving up processed, high fat foods.  At the end, they would have a chance to win $100 or $250!  Super!

If children receive encouragement to eat healthier, cleaner food through modeling from their doctors, caregivers, teachers and families we would have children with better health and more energy.

Maybe in my ‘perfect world’, eating healthy foods would be cool!
