I'm stuck with my weight loss!  I've officially plateaued!  I've had a lot of special events in the past few weeks which definitely can affect my diet.  The problem is, I'm going to continue have a lot events.  This weekend is my son's baptism and we got a special cake from my favorite cake lady.  The top is chocolate flavored and the bottom is strawberry vanilla swirl.  I never ever indulge in desserts off the program.  I've decided no matter the fat content I am treating myself to a bite of each flavor.  I'm sorry, but you have to be realistic and I've pretty much stayed on my diet plan since the day I started Jenny Craig back in November.  Of course these two bites will have an effect.  What a shame, two bites and I'm sure I'll gain a little.  In two weekends it is my birthday and I deserve my favorite dinner once a year (lol, now if you have excuses such as mine all year around you definitely will not see success!).  I love love love Indian food and I plan on having the Saag Paneer and an angel food cake.  Saag Paneer is spinach with cream and homemade cheese cubes over rice (some people love steak while I love this!).  Then, the weekend after my birthday I have a wedding.  It's also my anniversary with my husband.  The wedding is out of town so we got a cabin for the weekend and plan to celebrate then.  This, of course, will mean I stray off my diet too.  Craziness the next few weekends!  My plan?  I'm going to have to step up my exercise.  My goal for this week is at least 2 days of Tae-Bo.  I'll let you know next Thursday if I followed through!

Broccoli with 1 tbsp. margarine
