A lot of colleagues from work were curious about the spaghetti squash that I bring in my lunch. So I thought I'd quickly review how to make it again. It's so filling and delicious. The best thing is that it's only 42 calories and considered a "free" in the Jenny Craig world. That means you can eat as much of it as you want. It's a non-starchy veggie. This link on cooking spaghetti squash tells you several different ways you can make it. As we were discussing it at lunch I heard a new way to add flavor that I never would've thought of and tried it this weekend! If you put a little spray butter and cinnamon on it (which sounds gross) but it's actually very good.
