The scale did show that I balanced out my night of letting loose coupled with an intense hike the next day.  I didn't gain anything - I stayed steady at 125.6.  We were going to go out to dinner tonight but it was a hectic day today.  I did my 90 minute riding lesson this morning and then we visited friends.  I decided that after all the chaos and letting loose the other night that I needed a night of my normal diet.  My friend had even considerately made a low-calorie dessert for my son's upcoming birthday that was sugar-free (Splenda instead).  It was one of those no-bake cheesecakes that are delicious.  It was 300 calories for a serving and low-fat but, again, I'm so close to being done and having a much cheaper food bill.  I just want to be really strict to finish this up.  I love Jenny Craig but it's extremely expensive and I'm looking forward to beginning to save some money!  The next few weeks are crunch time!

Breakfast - 

JC Cheesy Omelet


1 cup coffee with 2 tsp. fat-free creamer

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Snack - 

JC Anytime Bar

Lunch - 

JC Turkey Panini

Spaghetti Squash

Snack - 

3/4 cup cantaloupe

Dinner - 

JC Chicken Carbonara 

Salad (mixed greens, cucumber, jalapeno, tomato) 2 tbsp. light ranch

Snack - 

JC Triple Chocolate Cheesecake
